You must by now know the feeling off being too tired to do anything productive, you have late nights, early wake-ups and long school hours, then when you finally get some time to yourself you see it filled with homework, friends, family much needed relaxation time. Its pretty easy to let it become routine, its also easy to get lazy and forget about yourself.
Smoking is addictive, anyone that has already started smoking will tell you that and anyone who has ever tried giving up will tell you just how much you crave for a cigarette even after you have given up. On top of the addictiveness you will also gain stained fingers and teeth, a constant bad breath and will eventually (as you start to kill your insides) develop a cough. Oh your clothes will stink and your fitness levels will dramatically drop too.
A lot of your everyday rubbish ends up in landfill, these are big holes in the ground which are filled with your unwanted rubbish, although a lot more people are recycling nowadays, a lot of what goes into landfill could easily be recycled.

If you have ever looked after a small child, whether it was a younger sibling or baby sitting for a friend around the corner, one thing that you would have learnt is that babies are very demanding and require a lot of your attention.

Although HPV also causes the types of warts that are seen on peoples hands and feet, the ones that cause genital warts are usually from a different type of HPV.
