6 Tips For A Happier You

Follow the 6 tips below and you could well make yourself feel happier, its easy and stuff that we all can do if we just choose to think a bit more positive and let the good things in our life out weigh the bad, rather that the other way around.
- Think of your last success – What did you succeed at? How did you manage to achieve it? How did it make you feel after? Think how it made you feel inside when you succeeded last time round and how you would feel (using step 2) if you could succeed at something new.
- Dream, then set targets – Imagine yourself in 6 months time, where do you wanna be? Is there anything you wanna learn? Think where you wanna be and then set targets that must be reached in order to achieve them.
- Try new challenges – When was the last time you tried something new? Try solving that crossword you always skip in the paper, try having a go and writing some poetry, see how you feel once you finished your masterpiece. Even succeeding at something small such as a puzzle can feel quite rewarding.
- Get involved – Join a local club or community project that you believe in (or even start your own) and see how much difference you can make because being involved and being appreciated is the most rewarding of all, plus making new friends always makes you feel better.
- Accept the fact – If your putting effort into new challenges (or improving ones already set) you will have to accept the fact that people are going to compliment you and your work, make sure you take these compliments full on and say thank you.
- No ones perfect – Another fact of life is no one is perfect and no matter how good you are at something you will make mistakes at some point. Don’t let mistakes bother you tho, its all about being able to spot your mistake and working out how to stop it from happening next time around.
