Information We Collect
- To register for myteenissues.com a valid email address is required (this is used to reset your password and receive occasional emails) , all other information is voluntary, it is advisable however that you at least choose a nickname. Other members cannot see your personal details and you can set what name you wish to be known by.
- If you apply to become a volunteer writer for us, you will be asked your name (nicknames are welcome) and some basic info about yourself for your profile, however you do not have to fill these out.
- If you supply any other information such as address or other information when u contact us, it will only be used to reply to your query. This is not stored anywhere or kept on file.
- If you voluntarily post your personal information on the site, or in a comment we have no obligation to remove it and once it is posted, the entire public can view it.
The Ask Mark Service
- The ask mark service allows visitors to email the site with any problems that they face, any emails received will be treated with strictest confidence and any details supplied (such as names, email address or location) will only be used to reply to your original email.
- Once your problem has been resolved any communications that have been made via email will then be deleted from our inbox.
Contacting You
- When you sign up for this site you may receive emails from us, this will never be spam, advertisements or any other form of unwanted mail. The emails we send will only ever contain information about site news, updates and latest information.
